Wash the tomatoes, remove the damaged parts and the stalk. Fill containers with tomatoes, which then pour boiling water for half an hour. Drain the water, mix with sugar, boil the filling and add vinegar. Fill the jars with the resulting marinade, roll them up. The pickle will turn pink after a few weeks.

More spicy lovers may like caviar from green tomatoes “Gorloder”. We need such products:

  • 1.5 kg of unripe tomatoes;
  • 3 heads of garlic;
  • 3 large horseradish roots;
  • a bunch of dill;
  • 1 chili pepper;
  • 2 tbsp. salt;
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara.

Wash and clean all ingredients. Pass the tomatoes with garlic, horseradish, dill and pepper through a meat grinder. Add salt and sugar to this mass. Put caviar in jars, cover with lids. You can only store the snack in the refrigerator.

Green tomatoes go well with any greens that can be placed inside unripe fruits. We need such products:

  • 0.9 kg of tomatoes;
  • half a bunch of dill and parsley;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 chili pepper;
  • a pinch of hops-suneli, cilantro, coriander;
  • 3 bay leaves;
  • 20 peas of black pepper;
  • 3 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 1 tbsp. salt;
  • 120 ml vinegar.

First of all, you need to chop the herbs, garlic and pepper. Mix it all with hops-suneli. This mass will be stuffed with tomatoes.

Wash the vegetables, cut them crosswise, leaving the lower part intact. Stuff the tomatoes with herbs and place in sterile jars with bay leaves, pepper and coriander. Pour boiling water over for 15 minutes.

Drain the water, add sugar and salt to it, put on fire and pour in vinegar after boiling. Pour the tomatoes with hot marinade and sterilize them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Roll up the jars, wrap them up and leave to cool.

From unripe tomatoes, you can make less spicy, but more piquant caviar. We need such products:

  • 3 kg of tomatoes;
  • 6 large bell peppers;
  • 5 onions;
  • 1 kg of carrots;
  • black pepper to taste;
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • 150 g sugar;
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar.

Wash, peel, and chop all vegetables. Pass everything through a meat grinder. Mix the resulting mass with salt and sugar, then put the pan with future caviar on low heat for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.

10 minutes before the end of the cooking process, add pepper, oil and vinegar to the mass. Spread the caviar in jars, cover and leave to cool completely.
